  • After Shipment:
    Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to initiate a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our return policy.

  • Custom or Personalized Items:
    Orders for personalized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.



  1. How to Cancel an Order


To cancel an order:



  • Log into your account on the mobile app

  • Go to My Orders

  • Select the order and click on Cancel Order

  • Alternatively, contact our support team.



  1. Refunds for Cancelled Orders



  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, digital wallet).

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.



  1. Order Cancellation by Leo Toys:


We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:



  • The item is out of stock or discontinued

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected


In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

Return Policy

  1. Return Shipping



  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, Leo Toys will cover return shipping costs.
